Custom Orders
Custom-designed apparel is made to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality defect in our printing or manufacturing. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order. You are responsible for checking spelling, layout, and image quality. We recommend using high-resolution artwork (at least 3000px on the longest side) for best results.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required via Telebirr or CBE Birr before production begins. The remaining 50% is paid in cash upon delivery. Our team will call you to confirm your design and arrange the deposit. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable period, we may cancel or delay your order. Please ensure your phone number is correct and that you are available to receive our call.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery across Ethiopia. To complete your order, you must be reachable by phone. Our team will call you to confirm your design and delivery details before we start printing. The balance (remaining 50%) is paid in cash when your order arrives.
Quality Guarantee
We use industrial-grade printing equipment and export your design at 3000px resolution for production. This ensures sharp, professional results that last wash after wash. If you receive an item with a printing defect (e.g., misalignment, color bleed, or poor quality that is not due to your source artwork), please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
